Working great

These were so easy to set up. I had Orien bulbs before. These are working so well. They’re so easy to adjust and group. The innr bulbs and app just work seamlessly. At one point the app lost connection and behaved weird with a continuously repeating annoying message. But then it worked again as intended after a quick reset.

Great quality lights app not so great

The colour and physical quality of the lights are impressive and super bright. The automise section of the app is confusing. You can set times etc but there are no clear (on/off) switches like the Philips hue app. My garden lights also come on at random sometimes even when they’re not set to come on. Wish the app was more user friendly

Worse than nothing

Clearly the dev team have no access to any, any! User experience design skills. Only loaded it because Alexa suddenly started not being able to find innr plug. Turns out I cannot do it with the innr app either. Maybe the has the capability, but I can’t figure it out. One of the worst apps I’ve come across.

If you were able to use your Innr smartplug with just your Alexa app before, the Innr app shouldn't be necessary. Please contact us via Service@innr.com, so we can assist you with this product.

Without doubt the WORST smart bulbs around.

Won’t connect and a nightmare to try and set up. The app is horrendous too. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

We're sorry to hear that your Innr bulbs wouldn't connect to your Innr app. Setting up your Innr lights shouldn't be difficult, so if you could send us a message with a more elaborate description of the issue you experienced, we can improve on this. We hope that we can still improve your experience with Innr lights, if you send us a message via Service@innr.com , we will be able to talk about points of improvement.

Zero stars

Do not wast your money, these bulbs and switches constantly forget they are registered within your household and so you need to register again regularly, they will bring out the worst in you! 🤬

When bulbs or switches keep disconnecting, there is certainly something not working like it should! You can message us at Service@innr.com, so we can help you resolve this issue. We hope that we can still improve your experience with Innr.

Literally 100% useless

Decided to try to check if there is a firmware update for the Innr lights I just bought (shouldn't have, clearly). This app: 1) forced me to create an account (probably so they can claim a "user base" and harvest and email address) - use a disposable email 2) was not able to add the Innr light by scanning a QR code - scanner non-functional 3) was not able to add the Innr light by other means, as it apparently requires a separate Innr bridge which I of course do not have as I use Philips Hue Bridge (all my other lights are Hue). Deleted my account and the app about five minutes after the installation. Speed run!

I updated my review after the dev response to indicate that I was, in fact, attempting to add Innr lights to this app.

Hello, if you don't have Innr wifi-lights, or the Innr bridge, the Innr app cannot be used. The cons that are mentioned, apply to almost every smart home app, we hope you understand that the Innr app is not unique in this aspect. If you think a firmware update might be available for your Innr lights, please contact the Innr helpdesk. We would be happy to assist you!

Not worth your time

Just use the Hue app. Really frustrating they force you to make an account just to find out the app is seriously inferior

Terrible App

If you buy a innr bulb, do not use this app. There’s 2 ways they tell you to connect to the bulb; 1: scanning the QR code (which will you give you an error saying you’re not in the correct region) or 2: connecting to the SmartLight WiFi which also will not work. Save yourself time and frustration and use the Hue App.
