Customer service representative
I had the worst customer service experience while on call with them. I called to inquire about my ride and never saw someone being rude like this and being employed as customer service.
I don’t understand why they have to be rude when the job is to solve issues and ask me to “chill-out”. They told me that the driver is not willing to take the job but that does not mean i have to wait for more than 1 hour. I think the service is worst and using it as a monopoly in Kamloops. No matters at all.
These kind of behaviour clearly shows that he does not deserve or qualify to work on customer service platform.

I highly recommend uride over Kami cabs (it’s similar to Uber), a dollar or two more always on time, incredible costumer service, and nicer vehicles.Automatically add 10% tip with no notification
In some of the updates they added auto 10% tip in every ride.I would not mind doing that if that would be asked after ride but they do it without your initiation. I don’t know how Apple approved this update
