Great tea, app could improve
I love the tea but have not always been happy with the app. I often end up looking at info on the website. Some things that could improve: 1. Ability to load gift cards in your account and to automatically apply discount codes received in emails, 2. Product description an easier to find heading or made into a more obvious button. Too small type and difficult to see. 3. Website seems to give fuller descriptions and customer reviews. 4. The main shopping menu could be better categorized with headings of types of tea, not grouping all under “collections.”

Making my daily tea with ease
My roommate introduced me to the Art of Tea, in 2016 and I’ve been hocked ever since. I love how they now offer this app, which has made my shopping experience so easy. The same clean and carefully curated items that you find online are just a click away. I like the notifications the app sends me and how fast I can have them in my cart and shipped to my home. By far the easiest way to get my luxurious teas delivered straight to my door.

Elegant
The Art of Tea is my go-to for all the tea lovers in my life. You can’t beat their quality and design aesthetics. What I appreciate about the app are all the little extras like steep times, recipes, and background info. All their categories are neatly organized too. Will definitely buy more soon!

Tea-riffic App
Love the ease of use for this app. The categories are easy to find and understand. My favorite area is the recipes section. I really enjoy using tea in other areas besides just for sipping. Finding flavors is easy, both favorites and something new to try.

East to navigate and login to see my past orders. Would love to see an easy “reorder” button to past orders, I always get the same thing! 😀 highly recommend their black teas, always bold in flavor.
