I left coffee
I was a huge coffee person for years. You could say I was a coffee snob, but started to notice that it was not helping me. I was having serious problems with my stomach and I was exhausted all the time. I remember hearing about MUD\WTR years ago and I decided to give it a try after a ton of research.
