false advertising, not free to use
Sadly, this app doesn’t works for free anymore, even if the website says it is 100% free for a personal use, this app asks for a premium subscription as soon as you open it, kind of a false advertising

How do I use the free version? When I download it keeps me in the payment window. I remember when it was free!

Excellent VPN
So far so good, I’m able to connect to my home country and visit sites online from UK. Will be paying for a subscription whenever I need it. Don’t use it very often, but is an excellent choice of VPN.
Their Website says free version available on IPad but isn’t
When you load the APP you can’t get past the subscription screen - but there is supposed to be a free version according to the Urban Website - scam

Restoring purchase problem
I subscribed annually and paid it. Now I can not restore purchase. I e-mailed customer service 2 weeks ago still there is no response.
No Longer Has A Free Option
There is no longer an infinite number of days to use the app for free. There is a 7 day free trial where you have to put in your payment information. This app is now among a list of pay to play apps that will no longer be used. There could have been a free option with ads. If this is how you treat your customer base then it would not surprise me if millions deleted this app.

It went from the best to worse than nothing
So it used to be an app with free options to 100% paid. Horrible, always my go to, now it is awful, there is not even an option to continue without paying, uninstalled immediately.
