  • Great app

    Easy to use; does what is needed
  • Awful app

    My employer has signed us up to this for payslips & booking holidays. Logging in is a constant issue, Face ID works then it doesn’t, password works, then it doesn’t & you have to reset. Looking at holidays of coworkers is painful. You look at one day in the future & then it jumps you back to the current month & you have to go through the process again. How they have managed to convince employers that this is good is beyond me. The worst user experience I have ever had.

    We're really sorry you are struggling to login to the app, one way to use passwords that you know best is to link your account to the Apple, Microsoft of Google account of your choice. Simply select the button on the login page and you will be asked to link your account and from that point on will only use that password to access Moorepay. Having looked at the app the review colleagues leave displays one month at a time as per screenshot 6 in the app store details.   • Unable to login to view payslips

    I’ve been trying for days to log in to Moorepay app. I’ve changed my passwords so many times I’ve lost count… so I’m unable to view my payslips or other info. Shockley poor app

  • For such an important app - it’s awful

    Been using this “app” for a good few years now and it’s terrible. Always have issues logging in, always slow, always crashes, always full of glitches. Considering this is meant to show payslips which is pretty important - I’m surprised it’s still going. Hoping my employer will eventually use a different app one day.

  • Unnatural Experience

    One of their better interfaces, but still not a pleasant experience by any stretch of the imagination. Sadly, like others we don’t have much choice but to use this app due to employers HR systems, however their platforms are so set in the 00’s and incredibly un-natural to use.
  • Doesn’t work

    Downloaded the app and got logged in nice and quick, but then every button leads to a never ending loading screen so I can’t actually do anything. So deleted and back to using the similarly terrible website
  • Idiotic stupid system

    Supremely user-unfriendly on the web, I couldn’t even log in to this app. Kept telling me invalid user name — right after I logged in (and out) successfully on the website.

    I wonder if this app as being “developed” by lobotomised snails pressing random keys on their keyboard.

  • One issue

    Great app for all your pay needs really but having an issue at the moment where when I submit a time sheet the screen won’t update and I have to close the app and submit my next one and repeat this process would be great if this got sorted
  • Great app but…

    App is fine, only problem I have is that it’s always got some type of problem with the app. Too many bugs on the app which means, I have to use the online version and sometimes the online version doesn’t work but that’s rare.
  • What a joke app with fake reviews

    Apple how has all the negative reviews almost 900 of them disappear.
    This is the worst app I’ve ever used never works
    opens from the app back to the App Store then in, as I write this I’ve been trying to log in for an hour even when the system states working normally what a joke, awful layout, awful system belongs in the deleted box as failed app, sort your junk app out
