Xerox
Used HP for many years. They have gotten sloppy with their subscribers. Charging fees but not delivering the product. had to purchase elsewhere to send out holiday notes. They then froze my printer saying I was using used or not HP product. Which was not true. they were new. This was actually 2n batch of cartridges…..so,,,when I worked in banking we had mostly Xerox products…of course they are quite a bit different now. Decided time to do something different. Had a bit of figuring out the paper delivery tray. The U-tube will be handy when time to add ink….

HP printing frustration over and over
The only thing I am able to print is the alignment page. The printer works fine and I put in new HP cartridges. Printed a test fine too but trying to send to printer now error messages. This has occurred repeatedly. Iced set up and used several dozen printers and this is beyond frustrating.

I have one home in Canada and I have one in the US.
In Canada I have a contract for my paper my ink.
In the US I do not want that I don’t stay long enough but I would like it to work.

Too many steps
Too complicated needs too many passwords. Should have step by step paper instructions for those customers with bad eyesight.

After a rocky start, this HP printer is working very well. Problem was that it disconnected when the Wify was down. So far this has not recurred

Worth a Look
this is a good little printer for my home office needs. Set up was easy and quality of printing is great. I would buy this product again.

So bad. Go back to the old ones
I had a wonderful hp printer. It did everything I wanted and needed, but I killed it. My fault. I purchased another, actually 2, they will neither scale to size nor print through Bluetooth on the one used without internet in the same exact spot my wonderful one was. The one I have at my home which does have internet doesn’t print much better. They are both PITA. I CANNOT FIND ANY THAT WILL SCALE TO SIZE. Everything has to go thru the crappy app. When you have something that works well why screw around and mess it all up.
