Air Secrets is an app for managing passwords and other secrets. It’s free to use, no subscription is required. Passwords, web keys and cards are stored encrypted on your device, not in the cloud. All secrets are easy accessible using Face Id, Touch Id or a pincode. Apple’s autofill is supported to allow direct access to your secret keys from websites and apps. Secrets are organised in Secret Groups which can be shared and synchronised with nearby friends, by air, not by cloud. You can share secrets with nearby devices of trusted friends using local connections. Shared secrets cannot be changed, but they can be unsealed in case of an emergency. Shared secrets can be synchronised automatically with trusted friends, using the AutoSync option. Synchronisation is done automatically, when friends are in close range with Air Secrets active. All synchronisation is by air, no cloud services are needed. Secret Groups can contain multiple secrets of different types: Keys, Cards and Letters. Keys can be used for your web and app passwords. Apple’s Autofill feature for filling in passwords for Apps and Websites is supported for all keys, own and shared, unless sealed. Secrets can be sealed, to limit access when sharing and block access for Autofill. In case of an emergency, trusted friends can break the seal of a specific secret to enforce access. No more need to write down your secrets for your family or relatives, just simply seal & share. The AutoSeal option ensures that secrets are always sealed when sharing with friends. Supports export and import of your secrets in comma-separated text format (csv files). Secrets received from friends cannot be exported for security reasons. The export file can be inspected or updated in Numbers as a spreadsheet. Secrets are identified by an unique id, which allows smart export and import. The encrypted database of secrets can be backed-up and restored. The back-up database can be stored on your device or on a cloud service. For security reasons, the database cannot be shared and access is only possible with your personal encryption key, which is stored in your keychain on your device. Main features: - Storage on local device only, not in the cloud - Sharing by air not by cloud - Secret information is always accessible, no internet connection required - Uses AES-256 bits encryption for all your secrets, including backups - Supports Face ID and Touch ID - Uses Point-to-Point (P2P) connection for sharing and synchronisation - Supports Apples AutoFill for all unsealed keys - AutoSeal option for sharing - AutoSync option for automatic synchronisation - Friends can be trusted and untrusted - Messages can be sent to friends - Messages about broken seals are exchanged automatically - Broken seals can be re-sealed by owner only - Secrets can be copied and pasted within the app - Support export and import of own secrets in a Numbers readable format - Supports back-up and restore of the encrypted database - Export files and Back-up files can be stored locally or in cloud services such as iCloud and Dropbox - Free to use, no subscription needed - Number of sharable groups is limited in the free version and unlimited in the full version (InApp purchase).
