I know this is partially on my but really what do we think peoples brain power is at early in the morning to check the location after clicking on the right location online then being redirected to the app then being forced to make an account at least have there be a prompt to double check the location before someone places an order.Show lessjoebidenbaby

Thought this would be a convenient way to get our order quicker. 2 bagels and 45 minutes later and we finally got our order, or so we thought. They literally chased us down as we were driving away to say it was someone else's order and took it back. Don’t bother, you’ll end up PO’d and hungry.codyormoe
Bugged
There is a bug where it won’t send the verification email, and it also won’t let me enter my card billing address. Because it requires you to make an account, I can’t order.savagebohl
Not a great app
They need to accept Apple Pay and there are no small, medium, large drink options on the menu. Also the sign-up process to make an account is a huge pain and a barrier to entry which wouldn’t be necessary if they took Apple Pay. Lastly, it doesn’t tell you what is out of stock so they have to call you and your whole order has to be redone if they don’t have something, which frequently happens for some reason.
