  • Cool and pretty to look at but gets old fast

It’s satisfying to play and the whole style is great to look at. But after a few games you realise it’s another mobile game reliant on cool-down timers and loot boxes and incentives to watch 30 second ads at every corner. The racing or customisation just isn’t good enough to make it feel worth it.

Hi Chingchonghaa. Thank you for writing. We are sorry you don't like our game but understand that our concept and our conceptual way of being able to continue developerment is not for everyone.
  • Facebook problem

The game is really fun i just cant connect my facebook for the free legendary crate

Hi goofyss. Thank you for writing. We have recently become aware of an issue where some players are unable to connect to Facebook and our developers are already investigating the issue. However, in the meantime, it should be possible to log in using the following procedure. Open and log into your Facebook account using your Safari browser (not the app) then go back to SpotRacers and connect to Facebook which should now be working🤞
  • Better driving mechanic

This is a pretty cool idea for a game, and i love the art style and track design. Almost everyone at this point has taken a picture of supercars they search online so they have one of the fastest cars in game, but the game isnt totally ruined by this as it incorporates a lot of races that ban them. The special events are also pretty fun and unique, but ive found that on some monster truck races, the handling of cars simply isnt enough to make it through some turns even at a snails pace. Finally the last thing and probably biggest problem of the game is how the driving works. Each track basically has a fixed line that the car tries to stick to, and the car can go nuts if you move off of it even a little, even when you would befine otherwise. Like there are some tracks where i guess we have to stick to the inside or outside of the track, which is the best option for optimal times, but the fact is its really hard to hit that perfect speed every time and the car can move past the line. But instead of taking a recovery route that anyone could do in a normal racing game, the car tries to desperately stay on the line, even if it means throwing the race.

  • Fun concept, but broken mechanic

    Pros:

    Lots of vehicle options
Variety of tracks and race types
EVERYTHING is unlockable for free, eventually
    Lots of players
New twist on the Pokémon-go catch in reality idea
Simple to learn, tough to master

    Cons:

Company having trouble effectively implementing the “picture to capture” mechanic
Top players run the game but taking pictures of super cars on a computer instead of real life, then use them to win most of the available races
New players unable to win much by playing fair

  • Very fun game but one problem

The game is very fun I must admit but I hate losing so the test drive is a very nice feature but I can’t practice on the special races so could add a mode in the test drive to add trailers and what not thank you.
  • Fun game to waste time with one game breaking mechanic.

Its was a fun game for the first couple days until I realized i can use the car spot camera on pictures of cars (like a Lamborghini) and get it in the game at level 1 which took the grind/ progression out of the experience.

Hi Kyle. Thank you for the review 🙏 We are aware of the challenge with people spotting cars from the internet and we've thoroughly tried looking into this. We've already tested several "screen identifier" options who all ended up also ruining gameplay when spotting IRL cars 😕 We're still investigating different options, but it is key that the solution does not ruin the intended gameplay. As for now - on the positive side, it makes it easier to play for people in the countryside 😄 Thanks again.
  • Smart idea but half-heartedly made

The scan real car to transform into animated form is a well thought out idea. Yet, the animated form doesn’t look similar to real life car. Maybe it’s supposed to look like a fictional version of an actual car. I was hoping the animated car would look very close to identical from the car being scanned.

  • Super Fun

I really like the idea of scanning cars you see while walking around, and it's executed really well. The gameplay is fun and the upgrade system is really good. My only “problem” with the game that is more like something i just want is i want to drive a school bus, idk why but i think it would be cool to be able to get busses and stuff, but really good game, easy 5 stars

  • This game is so fun!

It’s kinda annoying how it’s a five minutes wait to your cars every time you do something with them but other then that every aspect is perfect and so fun! The whole concept is amazing
  • You’re not actually in control

Looks like it could be a fun game but the way you control a vehicle you soon realize that you’re not actually doing anything but controlling speed.

This is too bad if you actually hadControl of the steering of the vehicle it could be a very fun game.
