I’m happy

Since the archon quest is almost fully minus three characters I’m happy that we got them so it’s better than having no voice at all. All this strike thing revolves around in one big problem and it’s Formosa Group Gaming obsession with AI. If you removed this problem then all the voice actors will finally come back and continue working again. I know a lot of people want me to change language however I refuse to do it cause it’s like walking away from the ongoing fight. I will never give on English as long as I live and Japanese is overrated. Oops I know that trolls will hate me for this but I gotta ask what will happen if it happens to Japanese with a studio acting the same way as Formosa Group being overly stubborn. After playing this game until January 21 because of the lantern rite which is going to be mostly muted sadly just like I did for nahidas birthday I will not participate on that event and I will do the same thing here too. I’m happy that ajaw voice returns so that’s definitely something. I hope everyone including the traveler will have voices again. I’m talking about English of course. Overall I’m happy that archon quest is safe for 3 characters unvoiced. Since I spoil myself on watching what happens next I’ll take my time. I’m also happy that I got pyro archon Mavuika but man I wish I got her for free instead of getting her through spending $100. Oh well I’m still happy. :)

Woah, my, god.. what kind of game is this?!

(YOU MUST PLAY THIS BC IT IS LITERALLY THE BEST GAME EVER, THANK YOU SO MUCH MIHOYO GOD BLESS U I HOPE WE GET SNEZHNAYA IN 6.0!!!)
Genshin Impact — an anime styled fighting-MMORPG game, with its amazing visuals, accurate damage counters, intensive lore bombs, god, where do I begin?? No wonder it has so much gigabytes.
The journey of your character(s) is very smooth, I liked how we slowly progressed from Mondstadt to Natlan, and soon Snezhnaya (SPOILERS!!) We also had to fight a lot of people. Which was nice, and pretty cool. *insert damage counter saying 40k*, but only one thing. WHY CANT WE HAVE QUESTS SO THAT WE CAN GET THESE CHARACTERS EASILY..?? You know how we got the characters back in Mondstadt? JUST BY DOING QUESTS. Why can’t we do that for EVERY character?? And some people are very unlucky in the wishing page, where I saw one person have 90 pity, yet they got Qiqi. I know that getting characters is not that easy but grinding primogems is very tedious. But other than that everything’s pretty nice! Especially Enkanomiya’s and Khaenri’ahs lore bomb. (brb making fake scenarios), and also the memes in there were honestly funny ngl. It’s a totally original game, completely innovative.

The game has some issues after the release of Natlan.

Compared to previous regions, namely, Fontaine and Sumeru. Natlan has not lived up to expectations set by these 2 regions. The character designs have been subpar for many characters, their kits have been quite weird and have branched out from typical kits you might’ve seen in previous regions (not a good thing in my opinion). The Archon Quests have been just ok. Serviceable. In the English versions, voice acting has been quite barren, however this does get a pass because it is the fault of the ongoing voice actor strike. Regardless, it is immersion breaking and does severely impact the enjoyment of Archon Quests. Another example of the subparness of Natlan, there has been one (1) singular limited 5* male character since Wriothesley. Since Wriothesleys release it was over a year since a limited 5* male was added. Speaking of Wriothesley, he has also not been reran since his first banner over a year ago. I hope things begin to change soon, because as it stands. Natlan has been a huge letdown. And to the people who are responsible for managing the game, alienating a sizeable percentage of your playerbase is NOT a good strategy to increase your profits. You are only pushing them away and “waifu” pullers will not be replacing them faster than male pullers will leave, nor will releasing women characters more often replace how much money you would be making from male characters. Change this, and change it fast.

Amazing Game

I’ve been playing Genshin for 3 years now, and I have to say, this game blew my mind. The visuals are stunning, the story is fantastic, and the gameplay is so much fun. I would’ve given the game 5 stars if it was perfect, but it is not. The first thing I’d like to address is the time to refill all the resin. Now that the game has 200 resin max, 8 minutes is too long to max it out. I believe it should be shortened to 5 minutes so that players can utilize all 200 resin daily. My second complaint is the artifact transmuter. It sounds like a godsend, but unfortunately, it is not. The transmuter is RNG based, and players run the risk of having all their rolls fall into bad substats, even if they have already chosen two substats of their own. Please, I beg of you, fix it. It’s not fair to the players. I don’t mind how long it takes to get another bottle, just remove the RNG setting. My final complaint is the domains. Ever since Dendro got added to the game, farming domains have become even harder to get the desired artifacts that everyone’s pining for. Not to mention, the substats are still a nightmare for these artifacts. If it’s possible, please modify the domains where it’ll be easier for players to farm better artifacts. Additionally, changing the RNG might bring back dead players! If those three things can be fixed, my rating will definitely change to a 5 star all the way.

3 years of playing does this…

This game is amazing! The graphics and storylines feel so lively along with the detailing on the characters and how Hoyo made the, have their own personality makes the game so much more enjoyable. Normally I would have uninstalled a game after about a week or two but I’ve been playing this game for almost 3 years! I remember I was yelled at to go touch grass after playing Genshin for a week straight. The Nathan update brought us so many new features and characters to save for! Overall Genshin is a great game for people with a big imagination and a bit of knowledge about RPG games. I started playing when I was new to video games but 3 years later I’m sitting in a small room in from of a window writing an Essay about how much I love this game! I would like to mention that this was one of the first Hoyo games, even though it’s one of their older games it’s amazing and they update it often and add events and many ways for the community to get together. This community is so loving and always open to helping out a new player! I love to watch how the community interacts with the new features and stories the developers add. This game is an amazing way to play with your friends and family. I recommend this game to anyone and everyone who loves exploring, side quests, and collecting achievements and characters!

A review from 50+AR Player

I’ve been playing for 3 years and well versed in all the drama and problems that have happened the last few years, although a lot would argue the game is problematic it’s improved on so many things since first coming out and as someone who usually grinds everything ‘til there’s nothing to do, I can assure you there is still things that can entertain you until the next update —which occurs every 4 WEEKS.
If you are a casual player too don’t feel overwhelmed cause if you don’t wanna do all the story up until now you can skip all the way to the third last nation (two left to go as of now)
In the end I suggest playing the game for like maybe 3-8 days to actually feel if you like or dislike the game, the start is a bit slow but it picks up after the second nation starts.

And one last note, if you do end up being a genshin player critique whatever you find wrong but do not be toxic about it, the more we are civil about it the more problems gets fixed ;)

Peaceful bliss

This game is Fun interesting stimulating and so much more. For most this game has a little bit of everything for the majority to enjoy. There is no need to rush things and no amount of play time will make the game better or worse. Besides limited time events, everything can be done within the day or leave it till u see a pig fly. Its worth it as long as you dont set some unrealistic goal or baseline standard like needing to play everyday like its going to help because it wont.

Its worth a try but dont try it if you only have a little time to spare, the start up and load time takes awhile and i mean a couple hours and the experience is ruined if your in a rush.

Genshin Impact- Storage Probems

I've played Genshin Impact for 2 years now and I used to play on my iPad. But this iPad was the same device I used for school at the time. So I had my storage up to max over and over again. I had to delete important stuff. I told my friend about this and he suggested I move Genshin Impact to PC so I tried that I idea. It work amazingly! All you need is either a keyboard or joystick controller. It's very easy to control and move your fingers over the buttons. It also allows you to explore easier whether your in Mondstat, Liyue, Inazuma, Sumeru, Fontaine or Natlan. If you have the same problem with storage and updates, I suggest you move Genshin Impact to your PC. It's a lot easier and also might help you win your 50/50!

One of a kind

I’ve played many games like Genshin some even new ones that claim to be better but i just keep coming back to this game.

Interesting story line, you can just be immersed and not notice hot long you’ve been playing. If you get tired of doing quests, there’s a whole open world to explore and discover, with new mechanics in each regions.

Many characters to correct l collect and different team composition to play around with. Different skins are available if you get sick of they look although it’s limited to a number of characters. I hope they add skins for the traveller in the future

The Gacha system i feel like it’s getting old with new regions added and even more characters available it’s very hard to get the ones you want. So if your a new player starting in the first region and you pull on the banner or even the standard, you can get characters that you can’t level up past 40 because you don’t have access to the recourses needed.

This can be fix if they have separate banners for each regions that way it will be easier specially for a casual game like me. Unless you’re a “whale”.

These two things are the only thing i hope mihiyo grants in the future region banners and skin for traveler. Aside from that i enjoy playing the game

Best game ever

Genshin Impact is honestly the most amazing game ever. I used to think I’d never be amazed in my whole entire life ever again, up until late 2021. I came across Genshin Impact on TikTok, so, I joined. As soon as I started playing the voice acting, cutscenes, and animations were so beautiful. I was awestruck. I traveled for so long on there, going from many places to another in Teyvat, doing many things, completing a bunch of quests, etc, and every single time I did, everything was so well-planned and gorgeous. This game is so majestic, they have updates every now and then, and very generous to their players. I never thought that this game could make an impact itself on my life, but it’s my favorite game ever since I found it, and nothing could ever replace it. I couldn’t go on without this game, with this game, I’d be nothing. I’m absolutely in love with every little thing in this game no matter if it has very minor glitches or what, I see it flawless, and absolutely amazing. There could never be a game that could beat this, this game has too many well designed characters, very beautiful places to travel in, thousands of things to do, and so much more. I could never get bored of Genshin Impact, when I have nothing to do, I get on here and all my boredom goes away. I have introduced this game to many friends and family and guess what, they also enjoyed it. This game is absolutely perfect and I really recommend it. Genshin impact deserves all of its hype.
