A few technical issues
This was the first time I had done a remote exam from home and I had a few technical issues in that the link I had in the email was the internet page and not the app browser, so I had to get help from chat which delayed my start time.
The my password would not work even though it was the same one I used on the internet page. So then had to reset password with 1 minute to spare. So was a bit stressful before starting my exam!

Interesting and effective invigilation process
I was most impressed by this remote invigilation technique. It is great that such a mechanism can allow exam candidates to take exams almost anywhere. It seems thorough yet not too invasive. I was not distracted by the viewing of my actions by invigilator as there is so much to think about in our exams and the invigilator was there but quiet.

Good in exam support…. Poor pre advice
Good support in exam… but lack of clarity around technical issues and requirements… monitoring phone overheated and shut down during exam. Unable to log back in as phone shut down… invigilator handled it well but it was panic for me.
