App doesn’t work
Love the price drop!
I really wanted to try the Batelle sleep training technique but couldn’t afford the price tag until they dropped the price.
This technique is amazing and has worked wonders for my 18 month old who was usually breastfed to sleep! I tried the CIO method but my child is extremely head strong and would cry for hours on end.
This program has taught him and I that he doesn’t have to be alone to learn to fall asleep on his own.
My child also would wake up 2-4 times each night and would sometimes stay up for hours. Now with this program he’s only waking up once in the middle of the night. I haven’t even attempted to conquer the night wake ups yet.
I would recommend this program to anyone struggling with getting their child to sleep without a struggle.

Light stops working in middle of night
This isn’t the first time that the light and sound have just stopped in the middle of the night. And if I could easily get it to turn back on it wouldn’t be an issue as much. However, to “fix” the issue I have to physically turn it off and turn it back on. My child is already asleep and I don’t want to possibly wake her up. But at the same time the light and sound are signals for her that is bedtime. Can we just make things more reliable? I’ve haven’t had an issue with anything else. Working with the team was wonderful and very informative.

A gentler approach
You can tell this company is run by people who care deeply about helping new parents and their babies sleep better. I liked their approach and thought their support and customer service went above and beyond.
This program is very uncomfortable
I don’t believe this company has rubbed me wrong since the beginning. You ask for assistance and no one gets back to you until the next day, they want live feed footage of your child sleeping but there no verification of who you’re actually speaking to and who is watching. I find it extremely unsafe and have expressed my concerns- thought you may be sleep deprived and willing to do anything!! I don’t suggest this program.

App is slow
The app chat interface is super slow and gets stuck after a while. Now it crashed and not able to reload the app even after uninstalling it and reinstalling it. I have lost. Support during the live guidance at night. Now I am on my own until the app is fixed.
New Update
This new update deleted my prior messages with the sleep team and there does not seem to be a way to retrieve those. It also now has to send a permission to actually speak with a sleep guide. The app only works half the time and generally has to be force closed.

Hi Clestrada, Really sorry to hear you ran into these issues. That's super frustrating. We ended up re-writing the whole message sending logic, because of this issue with messages disappearing. Really hope it works for you now, but if not please reach out to us at support@batelle.com. -Chris
Not Great at First Glance
My biggest issue is that there’s no way to leave the messaging feature when you’re done chatting without completely closing the app.
The app needs work
The Batelle program is great but the app (which is required) is very very buggy.
Crashes, button keys take forever, app is like dial up internet
Every feature you use on here (mantra, chat, etc) will break on almost daily basis
