Rude and unprofessional
There was no information on their policies or whether they bring cleaning materials. The driver started yelling at us on the phone that he couldn’t find door and wouldn’t call the guard assigned for the compound. The maids wouldn’t come in because my husband was the only one there (i was being discharged from hospital) and they couldn’t wait. Just plain awful.

بالاول يخدمونك بشكل ممتاز وبعدين تحجز ويقولك الموقع خارج نطاق الخدمة؟؟ والحجوزات اللي قبل وين كانت والحين يعني صرنا بالمريخ

Bad customer service and unfair client treatment.
I didn’t reply to a call for 10 minutes and they took my money and did not offer a service (stealing)

Bad Experience
I had a bad experience with the customer service call center ,and the policy if not raising the customer reschedule request when an appointment with discount offer.

V Good but needs some improvements
Very easy to making appointments. There should be option to choose lady cleaner and change dates.

في البداية كانوا يتجاوبون معاي لما اتواصل معاهم و كانت العامله اللي تجيني دايم مره ممتازه .. لكن حاليا خدمة العملاء سيئة للغاية و العاملات ما يعرفون يسوون شي و بطيئات جدا و سيئات
و لا يتم التعامل مع الشكاوى ب أي مصداقية
