Worst unprofessional service
The driver came 10 before the time expected and when I told him to wait as I’m on my way from work he left and ghosted my calls. No one was answering my emails. They took my money and didn’t return it + driver was very rude and told me that he will not give me his manager’s number.

Based on the terms and conditions of our service, which were explained both before and after booking, the delivery window begins one hour before the scheduled time and extends to one hour after.
