Worst unprofessional service

Worst experience ever.

The driver came 10 before the time expected and when I told him to wait as I’m on my way from work he left and ghosted my calls. No one was answering my emails. They took my money and didn’t return it + driver was very rude and told me that he will not give me his manager’s number.

Based on the terms and conditions of our service, which were explained both before and after booking, the delivery window begins one hour before the scheduled time and extends to one hour after. The waiting period upon arrival is ten minutes per customer. If there were any misunderstandings, we apologize. Please reach out to our customer service team directly to discuss this matter further.

BAD service! Don't recommend

Bad service, I booked one time visit before Eid Alfeter april 8 2024 and they cancelled it becuase the cleaner couldn't come, they didn't give me refund and I couldn't get another cleaning visit and my money was lost! I tried to contat them multiple time and they replay in the whats app and disappeared! I want my money back!

Poor Service

Arranged and paid for a cleaner……..never arrived will not answer calls, chatbot is useless and do not answer their “care” email address! Extremely disappointing

Horrible respect for long time customers

I have been with them for over a year subscribing 3 days a week and booking over a month in advance only to have my regular maid taken away after i already booked her for 2 months. They just took her without informing me or anything and replaced her with random maids that i don't want. Zero loyalty to their customers that have spent alot of money on their company. Once this contract is done i will go somewhere else where me and my money are respected and appreciated.

There is no number to call , i keep sending e-mails they promise to contact within 24h but they never did.

إنتبه من هذا التطبيق do not use

نا لاأنصح بالتعامل مع هذي الشركة في السعودية بتاتا أولا أي مشاكل ستحدث لا يوجد وكيل معتمد في السعودية يمكن ترجع له وثانيا لا يمكن إسترداد أي مبالغ و لا يمكن تشتكي الجهات المختصة أنصح بشدة عدم التعامل معهم بتاتا شركة راحتي لها مكتب معتمد في السعودية الأفضل التعامل معهم I highly recommend not to use their services in Saudi Arabia as they do not have official dealer within the company. So in another word it will be difficult to refund any amount or complain to the authorities if you would encounter any problem I recommend using Rahti as they have official office within Saudi Arabia

تم التواصل معهم مسبقا و لم يتم عمل أي شيئ أرجو عدم تصديقهم بأي شيء جميع تبريراتهم قص و لزق

We have contacted them many times and no help at all please never trust such an app all their comments are just copy and paste

Stay Away

Stay away from this company. The cancel the bookings twice and thrice and reserve your money in a wallet. The my confirm sending an Asian worker and take the fare of an Asian and send and African which is lower in fare. Liars and needs a legal action.
ابتعدوا عن هذا الشركة.
يقومون بإلغاء زيارة التنظيف باستمرار ويحتجزون المبلغ في محفظة حسابك مع عدم إمكانية إعادته للبطاقة الائتمانيه بتاتا لأنني حاولت ذلك مراراً.
كذلك عند حجز زيارة التنظيف تم تأكيد أن العاملة من شرق آسيا وتفاجأت بوصول عاملة من أفريقيا رغم أن تغيير الجنسية يصاحبة تغيير في السعر.
هذه اختراقات قانونية وستتم محاسبتهم قريبا.

I paid for cleaning service they withdrew the money and canceled the service without any explanation so I asked them to refund the money to my bank account but I didn’t get any response to my request for months
