I made the mistake of buying a fasting app and was so disappointed! It was confusing and had no flexibility if you ended or started a a fast at a different time. I like this because it is FREE, as it should be, and you are in control! Learning to know what amount of time works! Clear icons and large on screen with just the basics for beginners or advanced! If you need to know about healthy eating, there is plenty of information on the internet to learn what to eat. But to just fast and keep track… this is the way to go! If you want something to track your intermittent fasting and weight, this app is great. It does not put a plan together or give you diet or fasting tips. That you will have to get somewhere else.Lynniekd
