Good machine, bad app
Overall it is a good massage chair in terms of quality and functions. User must create account to login, good for tracking and customization. However, the customization part is not user friendly. The control panel on the chair is very limited, beyond basic. Only three modes, not even a full body button. All massage mode are set to 15 min and cannot change. User should be able to customize it to a longer or shorter section.Simon Vibul

agree with everything @casablito1977 wrote. Will add one more feature request to have routines be repeatable or longer than 15min. Having to reset everything every 15min is very annoying. This is not a mall quickie massage. 30-60min routines should easily be the standard.big38
