  • Privacy: why is my school using a non-US company for health screening?

    This is a Luxembourg-based company (not incorporated in the US). If you have a dispute over how they use your data, you have to go to Luxembourg, according to their agreement. So why is my school asking students to share health info with them???
  • The App is not sending any invitation code to my email.

    Unfortunatelly the App is not sending any invitation code to my email. I checked all possible mailboxes including junk. Useless.
  • My Email

    This app would not let me put in none of my emails. And when one of them finally worked it told me it would send a verification code to my email, and it never sensed. I looked in my spam emails, and in my inbox. No wonder this app is a 3 star. Unacceptable
  • Absolutely Broken

    I just got this app and when I entered in my email and clicked ok I did NOT receive a single email! I waited a long time and got nothing. I even re-entered my email many times but I didn’t get an email. This app is broken and I cannot use it for that reason.

    Hello Ibrahim, I'm sorry that you're not able to log into the MyMedBot app. Please confirm with the administrators at the organization which invited you to use MyMedBot that they have your correct email address on file. If the email you enter into the app does not match the email address that your organization has on file, then you will not be able to log in. Hope this helps!
  • Notifications really?

    The notifications are never ending. In an hour I received 7. There’s no way to change the frequency or anything. It’s just obscene. The organization shouldn’t be able to control the notifications on my phone.

    Hi Dynamoswimer - Your organization decides how often you are reminded to fill in forms. We suggest you let them know or otherwise disable notifications on your phone.

  • Notifications stopped working.

    The notifications no longer work on this application as of two updates ago. Previously never had issue with it.

    Thank you for letting us know. Get in touch with us by tapping: "What should I do if I experience a technical issue in the MyMedBot app" in the FAQ tab, and sending us a message. We will then make sure you start receiving push notifications again!
  • Notifications???

    I want to go back two versions to when all the Yes and No responses were in the same exact spots and I actually GOT NOTIFICATIONS. I have to do this by a certain time each day and although I allow all notifications on my phone, I get no more reminders. Please fix!

    Latest updates improve font size and speed of submitting answers. Makes the quick daily task more manageable.
