Needs Improvement…
Everything is okay except for the notifications in the app.. can’t open the announcements in the app..Needs a lot of improvements
I have been an AEB customer for more than 10 years. This year I decided to use their mobile app and got very disappointed. First, I was surprised when I found out that I have to go to a branch to sign a contract to be able to use it.
Then after signing a contract and spending in a branch for about an hour finally I got access to the app and I was able to see how much money I have in my account. And that was all I could do. After several unsuccessful attempts to use the mobile app I decided to leave this bank.Show lessGreat!!
