The worst UI
It used to be a great up, but recently they changed the UI and it is hard to find even very simple things. The top half of the screen are some stupid stories which I am sure no one ever watches, then Banking section comes which again is useless. And in the very bottom there is a tiny little space for things that the app is really used for. The balance is not shown anywhere, to top up the wallet I had to use the web version because I couldn’t figure out how to do it via the app. To access saved utility payment groups it appears there is a tiny little icon which you have to guess is there.
And believe me I know what I am talking about, I have been using the app for more than 10 years.Show lessDeveloper Response

When you log into the app, you'll find the "Banking" and "Gift Cards and Bonuses" sections at the top. You need to click on the "Banking" section. Once you do that, you will be able to see your wallet and the banking section in the app. Your long-term use and insights are valuable to us, and we appreciate your patience as we work on making the app more user-friendly. I tried to attach several US cards to my account none of them went through for no reason. I contacted the customer service they were messaging me back and forth for 2 hours, still couldn’t solve the problem. They had no idea what’s the problem or didn’t have motivation to solve it.
It’s disappointing that in 21st century when technology rules the world, its still poor quality in Armenia. You guys need to jump on the problem and solve it, get it done. Messaging me for 2 hours is not the right way.Show lessDeveloper Response
