Works then doesn’t
Constantly, tells me I have no internet connection. If you get passed that, appt days that show availability for the doctor tells me there is no date time avail. Though it doesn’t put an x through the day. When it does work it’s seamless. But it’s usually the first onepilotattitude
Poorly made app
Very poorly designed app. Incredibly frustrating, caused me to pick another doctor not in their network.Baby Whitie
Not so smart
It would be faster to call the doctor than to use this app. Log in. Enter insurance. Enter DOB using a scroll wheel that is more painful than just entering the date. Go back in and search for the doctor again. The developers should try to book an appointment using this. It’s much more of a pain than it needs to be. Apps are supposed to make a process better.
