I can’t live without captions so I must use this product. It adds to my hesitation in calling and using regularly. If I can’t reach someone by text, I use this but wish it was better.

Audio Issues During Calls
I have two main issues with the app. First off is with the dial pad. Wen I want to enter a number, the keypad is not fully visible with Voiceover (screen reader software). So, have to turn it off in order to make it wirk, which is frustrating and is still happening. Finally, when making and receive call, the audio sounds very choppy and is cutting out no matter if I’m using speakerphone or a headset.
After noticing the issue, I contacted customer service via email to resolve the situation. It has been two weeks now and I have not receibed a response or a resolution to the problem. Therefore, I have to use a different captioning app.

Hey RickyD23, thanks for posting these concerns. Regarding the audio switching between speaker back to phone - we've had that same experience using the iPhone, itself, not with the app. And it appears others have as well, when searching this issue on the internet. Given this, it seems this happens occasionally and may not be specifically related to the app. Regarding the Bluetooth issue, one of our developers tried to replicate this problem and was unsuccessful in having the same experience you had. A couple things we're thinking…some Bluetooth connections/signals are stronger than others (depending on the age of the technology in the car) and/or it's possible for conflict to arise when another Bluetooth device is in close proximity. And about taking captioned calls in a car…we sure hope you're the passenger when using the app in the car! :)

Hi! The app will work either on WiFi or a cellular data connection through your wireless carrier.
Long awaited Godsend
I haven’t used it outside the range of my wifi yet, but if the service holds up, it’s a new level of freedom for me. Thank you, good people @ Hamilton.
