Changes to the Terms & Conditions
While still a legal document, we have done our best to make the T&C clearer and easier to understand, and highlighted particularly important terms that may have significant interest for you, including: (i) clarifying certain app use restrictions, (ii) describing how to get in touch with us, (iii) describing how to find our privacy policy, (iv) clarifying our disclaimers and limitation of liability, (v) describing when we can suspend/discontinue the app services, and more relevant information.
Changes to Privacy Policy
The way we collect and process your data is not changing. We have improved the language to make the Privacy Policy easier to read.
Important information
The changes will be effective when you download/update to the new version of the app and start using the app. If you do not want to accept the changes you should discontinue the use of the Jabra Enhance app and delete it from your devices.
The main purpose of the update is to make the T&C and Privacy Policy clearer to understand, ensure they reflect new features on the Jabra Enhance app and ensure they cover all the right information you need to know.
