Didn’t work.
I installed the software and the device as instructed. I initiated a back and it appeared to be working as advertised. After about 45 minutes it indicated it was finished but had errors. It had backed up almost half of the pictures. I was unable to view the files, delete the files or start a new backup. If it was a bit heavier it would at least make a nice paperweight. As iot is it’s a better paperweight than a back up device. Since I can’t rate it a zero I’ll give it a one.JMBarron55

Initially, I could not get my iPhone to recognize the stick, but then I realized MY CASE was preventing the stick from penetrating far enough into the iPhone. Once I remedied the situation the PhotoStick worked as advertised!Rastus 222

Just got my photo stick & my phone does not recognize the device. I have tried everything & can’t get the photo stick to connect. So disappointed!kcvln
Doesn’t work
Device will not stay connected to my phone. Tried several times but only got 300 images then 1000+ images saved before it gives error that device can’t be found. Went through all the troubleshooting. Seems the device has a bad connection. It will pop up and then disappear.Rouse R
