Zero customer service!!!
I have tried contacting the customer service of Afriquia over the phone and via email, to switch my points to this new app, but in vain. No one answered me at all. Truly unhappy and will not go the Afriquia again. I'm sure a lot of ppl have experienced the same situation.Medyas77

Hello, we are very sad to hear that you had such a bad experience. In order to convert your points, you can call Afriquia support at the number 4343. They will register your request and your points will be converted from Club Afriquia to Kenz'up.
