Breed? Really? Unable to register. Done.
I feel like I’m doing you a favor by enrolling so you can track me .. however, I can’t even register my pets due to your breed requirement. Wasted half an hour trying to get around that. I just wanted info about shelf life of an open bag- info that I was unable to find on your website. What a waste of time. I’ll still use your food- but if you’re going to pretend to offer important information for responsible pet owners. You might think about how user friendly your app is. There are many alternatives. Missing my dog’s breed
This seems like it would be a useful tool if only you had my dog’s breed as a choice. Please add Shetland Sheepdog to your list.Jewelsejay
Won’t open
It asks to track my location, I said no, and then I get 3 lines and it won’t open. I deleted and reinstalled with no luck.Smkf3

Why do u need my phone number?
I shouldn’t have to register my phone number just to find out how much food I should feed my pet. That is a huge overstep. I do appreciate that u allow people to not have their info sold. But there should be an option not to share that info. And I’m not going to allow your app to use my location at all times. This is a pet app, not a social media company. I did not expect this. Please add Volpino Italiano breed
I am just getting started on the app and love the Farmina products, but my dogs breed isn't listed. I have three Volpino Italianos. Is it possible to add this breed to ensure I follow your best recommendations? Thank youkiller alexander1

Absolutely LOVE their product!! App is great but it would be nice if you could order through it as well. Customer service is selective on the emails they answer. I can’t get a response for my open ticket from almost 10 days ago. My consultant responded to my email about a coupon code but hasn’t responded to either of my emails about the wrong food delivered?? 🤔🤔 Maybe this review will get a response.Show lessChelseaConnell

I went to register both my dogs but you do not list their breed. They are both Havanese, a fairly common breed. I was going to send a message through the app itself but could not find a link to send messages anywhere🤷♀️ I ended up deleting the app. I still gave it 4 stars because I like the concept of the app even though it was not for my dogs.Show lessGirtGirl1
