Won’t load - I think it’s fixed
I called customer support who kicked it up to somebody. After a few days I tried again and this time I was instructed to change my password so updates /fixes could populate - it worked !
Haven’t tested everything but so far my data seems to be correct

Trying to pay my bill online through the app and it won’t allow it. It’s telling me I need to pay more than my most recent invoice. It’s not clear why that would be. I’m not sure that PURE is going to be the right company for me.I have reservations about a company that can’t process an online payment being able to appropriately process a claim. Then again maybe I’m in the wrong demographic. Perhaps they’re looking for people who are more comfortable in the paper-based world. From other reviews I suspect I will get a response of a link to follow up to try to clarify this issue. Please don’t send me that. That is unhelpful. What I really want is the app to be able to function the way it should in the first place.Show lessDeveloper Response

When I started using this I couldn’t believe an insurance company could make it so easy to engage with them. I may not need this a lot, but when I do, it’s great that it’s so frictionless to get my insurance docs, use their tools, and pay my bill.Developer Response
