Today i’ve faces a weird situation, i went to bank du caire atm located in rehab new souq sharqy to withdraw 200 egp , the atm took my money and restarted as there happened to be technical issue occurred while withdrawing, hence no cash out happened from the atm also my balance has been deducted those 205 egp, i tried to contact the bank and telda CS with no hope to return my money, all they say is wait 15 working days to get ur money back, in other word, “forget your money” this is a scam process every one should be aware and stop using this service as it has a lack gap to even handle their complaints and their customers .Show lessAnnoy.Player

I don’t recommend this company to any one , they took 200 LE for the card , they refused to give me the card I paid for , than I asked to cancel my account . they refused to give my money back , this company is not trusted ☹️☹️☹️😏mkassem2

Easy to use and can do so many things like investing requesting and sending and can even pay your gas bill water bill and wifi bill and is so easy to useunkonowen dont ask

Stupid registration system
Never seen such a stupid registration system like this one; takes an absolute trophy of stupidity.
In every online bank I used, you are in control of your details and registration is simple, verified through reputable 3rd party such as Onfido, but with telda, you got to deal with incompetent representatives that don’t even understand how data regulations work!
Deleted the app, but hoping for an improvement and implementing an end to end solution of verification and bringing data protection and security to the app; which is obviously a vital element for a banking app.Show lessKareem Fikry
