Great way to keep your coffee consistent

Wonder if a couple of things can be implemented
-Type in a value amount with the option to +\-
-have a receipt go to 30oz or 850.49g
-have the timer continue pass the set time. This is helpful especially with recording a certain brew… it it takes longer to brew, it currently does not allow that to be in the stats
