Separate iOS and web accounts?

Hi there! Yes, you will need to create a separate login for our App then our Web App. This is because our Web App will be discontinued once our App is up to par. Please contact us at Support@UndersunFitness.com, so we can get you dialed into your program!
Day 1 disappointing
Good training program, app needs some work.
1. Please don’t play the video automatically after the rest timer ends each time. I watch it once then I get on with the exercises. Right now every time the rest counter ends, my music volume lowers and the video starts playing.
2. The rest timer doesn’t work properly if you change to another app whilst it’s counting down. It stops counting.
3. Please allow for controlling the videos so you can rewind a bit if you missed it rather than having to wait for the whole video to end.
Otherwise, not bad. I’ve just switched from StrongLifts 5x5 pro which is an excellent app to compare this to, with lots of good features and Apple Watch integration.

Off to a Good Start
We waited for the App and it has finally arrived. Understanding this is a late beta and needs some tweaks.
1. Pictures don’t always match the actual exercises. Please review the Month 1 shoulder routine, for an example.
2. Video sometimes won’t start right away or stops working.
3. Needs to sync with Apple Health, at least the basics. Currently I need use a 3rd party app on my Apple Watch.
Address these three items and my review would be 5 stars.
