Very good app
Can’t get past first page
I go to the signup page and put all my info in (even though I’m already signed up) and the “sign up” button is not even clickable. Not sure what the deal is here but hopefully I can access the workouts after they close down the website!
A Good Start
Like:
1) Separating the month/day/workout look. It’s a bit confusing looking and combing through a list view.
2) Hopefully the developer and/or the writers would keep up with the article section. Some of it seems to be recycled from the Undersun website.
3) Need another quality control run on ALL the content. Making sure every is matching up to what it’s supposed to.
4) Would like to have a content download option for when we don’t have internet connection. And I think this is the most important thing for the next update.
I think if all the stuff can done within the next few updates, this app would totally be rockin!!

Hello, We apologize to hear the App has caused much frustration. The App and the Web App are separate logins, so that might be the issue why you cannot access your program through the website using the same login as the App. Secondly, the buffering issue is resolved and Bodyshock will play without being paused or interrupted. The reason most exercises are repetitive is because we are practicing each move to focus on form. Using perfect form is more important than variation of different moves. Our goal is for you to master each move using perfect form, and the only way to ensure this is to practice it over and over again.
