Nice app but could be improved

Some of the exercises in the programs doesnt not match between the video and the picture and or description of the actual exercise but can manage these without too much hassle since most of the time i follow the video. But one big point that could be improved is the fact that we take time to note all the resistance/rep for each exercise to keep track from week to week. But once the session is started, cannot go see what were the resistance use the week before. I think that one of the goal of traking result is to be able to quiclky go and get the right resistance based on the previous session. There is plenty of space between the video and the actual set that you are doing to add the option to visualise the previous result so i can either pick the right band or slightly stronger to set up my exercise quicker, since i don’t remember the exact band i used for each exercise. I think its the only major flaw in the app since all other aspect are pretty well designed. An update would be very appreciates to get this option

Exercises are good, app is terrible

Rarely am I this disappointed in the functionality of an app. The workouts in the app are good. The calendar aspect of the app is terrible. Even when I select the day of the week I want my exercises to be on, it cannot understand it. I wanted my workouts to start on Mondays and the app keeps tracking Sunday’s instead. I started exercise and it doesn’t record it. It’s pretty annoying.

Great bands and great trainer, but a bit of a sloppy app

I found some videos that James did on YouTube that lead to me buying his bands. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and the workouts, but the app seems like it’s a rush job.

Good:
- workout reminders
- calendar
- videos with explanation

Not so good:
- some band options and combinations are not available in certain exercises
- one video needs editing
- band option and combinations not consistent for each workout

Just needs a bit more QA and it’s a five star program

Calendar Manipulation

When I see calendar, I’d like to be able to select the day and enter the specific time of my workout (like I initially did when I started the program).
It flows well but could use some more Beta on use and inclusions.

Horizontal view

When will the app be available with horizontal viewing for tablets????

Not worth the money

Very little content without any meaningful update . There is little or no variation within the program, pretty much just watching the same set of videos over and over again. There are way better apps out there that cost less than this.

Hey there! Month One is designed to formulate a foundation of resistance band training. The exercises are repetitive because we are molding your body and muscles into a resistance style of training. Once Month 2 & 3 come around, the exercises change up and anchored exercises are introduced. Each month continues to provided progressive muscle overload and build and fatigue your muscles to ensure you are getting a total body workout each week 💪

Good app!

I love that they decided to make an app for these workouts. Its nice to be able to track the TA2 program I’m doing. Also the bands are a killer workout. My only feedback would be that the app needs a little more tweaks - specifically in the completed workout section it lists the workouts you’ve completed then say “number of workouts you has completed” - minor grammatical error but it makes the app look cheap. Also the timer in between workout sets seems to stall when you lock your phone, and it doesn’t make any sort of alert sound (both of which are pretty standard feature for any workout app with a timer). Overall I like the app a lot!

Well done!

The app is very useful, works fast and provides all needed features, however it would be cool to add synchronization with Apple Watch, so I could select results from my watch, would be very handy! Thanks :)
