Fine teacher good app
More diverse exercises were offered (I would pay more for an advanced program). I can go beyond 45 minutes and 2-4 optionsl exercises would motivate me. E.g simulating leg extensions and curls which remain effective, as well as other calf raise options that burn.
Link to sports and/or bodybuilding was explained further.
How to handle pains such as common rotator cuff or hamstrings to not prevent further training? Subordinate exercises to around most common injuries. Why no optionsl bars/barbell and handles for combination with classic lifting we have all experienced and found useful?
Other improvements related to tracking past performance on exercises and print output options for refferal.
But a greac app and a great teacher! Congrats!
Great content but the app is challenged
Great program, app needs a lot of work
I was able to get back in but now, less than two weeks later, the app is crashing again. What’s the point of having this when it’s pretty much worthless? You need to go back to using the web-based tracking since your app is terrible.
Great program, I hope they don’t take program off their website until the app actually works every time. I was going to hold off on writing a review until developers had a chance to work the bugs out of the app but I can’t even get in the app right now so today is the say. The developers need to come up with a way to see the previous workout while in the current workout. I have an idea of what bands I have been using but have to screenshot the previous workout if I want to continue to build on the previous week. I get an error every time I try to get into a workout now. I deleted and reinstalled the app and same issue. I guess I will use the website and I won’t be able to track progress. Please fix your app, won’t be spending any more on Undersun products until the products I have paid for actual work.
Great app, but…
When you start a workout it needs a 15 second lead in time to set up for your workout. Also when you are doing say the Archer workout or any exercise that needs to be duplicated with either arm or leg you need either extra time or an added rep.
Looking forward to my next workout tomorrow.

It’s all a scam
Stats tracking
Even when more modules are added the estimated time to complete stays at 30min. The mood tracker stays at ‘discomforting’ even though I have only logged ‘distressing’.
Looking forward the the apps continued development.
It May Just Take Time
The actual exercise programme is great, the app flawed.
Now onto the app. It is pretty basic but here are some things that need correcting:
1. Videos don’t always load
2. Pictures don’t always load
3. Video & picture don’t always match the specific exercise that you will be doing
4. Choice of resistance band not always selectable
Enhancements to the app that I’d recommend:
1. You get a reminder for your session. It would be great if you could defer this to a later date
2. It would be really helpful if you could change time and days on a week to week basis (you have to set your days of week (5 of 7, I think) and time ) or on the fly.
As I say James’ programme is great so DO NOT let these minor things put you off. I’m 57 and have been following the programme for 2 months, along with a regular cardio routine, and gave seen massive improvements in strength and increase in size.
