If you have AMP, our Bluetooth-connected jump rope handles, the Crossrope app counts your jumps in workouts with Personalized Jump Targets and enables Free Jump and Benchmarks.

Do I need any other equipment to do these workouts?
No. All you need is your jump rope set, this app, and enough space to jump (no gym required).
What do the workouts look like?
Crossrope workouts are built around different combinations of jump rope and bodyweight exercises to help you burn calories, build strength, and improve endurance. Workouts range from 5 to 60 minutes.

I have been using the ropes and rope less set for a couple years now. I love them! My kids have jumped with me for a whole family workout and it’s been easier to maintain during pregnancy and right after. I get bored doing the same workout every day and there are so many different workouts it’s easy to switch it up or try the different workouts. I have modified a lot of my workouts to fit my fitness levels and injuries. I have 8 kids and I jump 5 to 6 days a week. So, they are easy to incorporate into a busy life. I’m getting a great workout every time. I would highly recommend getting the Amp handles to go with the ropes. It has definitely brought out the more competitive side of me and pushes me to give a little more!
