Great way to build strength and fitness
I’ve been using Undersun bands for a while -in the UK, Germany, Austria and Spain, you really can train anywhere, anytime, great app to keep you on track.
Good but a lot of glitches
This app has some good workouts, but there are a lot of mistakes here and there. Some of the pictures don’t match or the video goes with the wrong workouts, some of the bands aren’t listed when finishing a workout. With some common sense you can bypass the mistakes and get a good work out. For the price I’m not really bothered by the mistakes, but surprised they haven’t fixed the issues.

Horrible app
Workouts are great and I love the bands but to pay for an app that doesn’t work is ridiculous. It freezes up all the time and each video starts in the middle of the workout so the timing is all off. I was trying the bodyshock one and Then when it freezes you have to start back from beginning so you can’t go from where you last were. It got stuck on 1 workout and it wouldn’t let me skip to where I needed to be so I have to force quit then start all over again.
I guess im just gonna figure out my own workouts with bands. App is too frustrating to use.

Exercises behind a pay wall
I just bought the physical product on Amazon and found the app from same manufacturer .. was hoping to find exercises or “how to use the product I already bought” but everything seems to be locked behind a paid and very expensive subscription.
I already found lots of free tips and exercises on YouTube .. so not interested at all in this app

App keeps crashing
We started using the App since it was launched last year. We use an iPad and the App will only work in portrait mode when you open it. Once the TA2 program starts it rotates to landscape mode. It should recognize the mode when the App is launched. But that’s minor compared to the current hassle. Recently the App has been crashing on us. It skips the 10 second breaks between segments, and it doesn’t recognize when a program has been completed. I’ve reached out to their support peeps and they asked if I had the current version. I checked and we do. I tried deleting the App and reinstalling it and tried to reset password. The email link to reset the password isn’t working. This is very frustrating. If not resolved this week, I’ll be requesting a full refund.

Buggy! Confirmation link doesn't work
I can't even use this app, the confirmation link sent via email is dead. Clicking does nothing, pasting the link into a browser does nothing, I paid for a workout plan and can't even launch the darn thing. Very annoyed.
Undersun Outstanding App
Glad I found the program & app. Switched to resistance band only workout couple years ago due to age and bad shoulders/knees. This app is super user friendly and the program is great so far
All around terrible platform
I wanted to switch to using resistance bands and James Grage kept coming up in every search. So I bought some and installed the app. Signed up for the monthly subscription, card was charged but app would never recognize the subscription. Finally cancelled and messaged apple support for a refund.
No problem, my bands were supposed to come with a 1 week free trial and the website has 1 week free trials as well. So I figured I would see if the website works better. It’s as functional as the app, meaning not at all. The 1 week access throws an error every time as well.
So at this point, I’m ready to return my undersun bands. There’s no way I would pay $59+ for a program that is likely to not work from day one.
