Poorly built UI, surprisingly slow
This app is half baked and has a number of frustrating features. It’s slow: for an app used daily, it takes a long time to load each screen. Some intern at the company probably made the decision to load each page from a server. This makes it annoying to use. Apparently they don’t know how to cache data either. It’s poorly designed: the check in process has a bunch of useless clicks. For some reason, after making a reservation a “cancel” option appears. This would be fine, except this button appear AFTER the page has appear . You go to click the “close” button and end up clicking the cancel button that just appeared. This is purely obnoxious design.
