Love this app!
Another family recommended we use this app- and soooo glad we did. Andrew’s narration is like having a private tour guide with you at all times. He made our drive from Kona to Volcano National Park and through the Park so interesting. I couldn’t believe how into it my teenage boys were.

Fun, interesting and accurate gps triggered narrative points of interest. (Got my nose out of your revealed guide book and enjoy the sites along the way) Helped us find interesting spots we would never have discovered on our own, even with your books. After reading “Hawaii The Big Island Revealed”pretty much cover to cover, I saw this app advertised in the back of the book.
What an absolutely fantastic app! Why? Because it took this multigenerational group on a wonderful explore of the island. Grandparents who like to explore by car; happy. Grandson, who likes to boogie board and snorkel; happy. Grown children who like to eat out; happy.
How did that work? All you have to do is pack your boogie board and snorkel gear and head out, listening to the fantastic, interesting and funny stories of the island, and the “diversions” you can make, including great beaches, snorkeling and good restaurants.

So worth it!
Worth every reasonable penny we paid for this app! It’s like having a personal travel guide and historian all in one. We found ourselves more than once asking a question out loud and having the guide “answer” us back at just the right time. So much info given without being too invasive while on our drive. We used this driving tour app all around the Big Island and loved it. Lots of interesting information and stories (one in particular gave me goose bumps!), and it tells you exactly where to turn for various diversions. It was great to have Andrew “in the car” and guiding us along the way (my 88 year old mom may even have had a bit of a crush). We used the regular Hawaii Revealed App for preplanning (with its included trip planner) but the driving tour guide was really indispensable during our travels. So both are really essential! As someone said above, bring your USB cord so it will play on the radio and so your phone will charge along the way!Show lessElama8
