It’s bad... some moves are not IN sync to the instructions
I am being generous to give this 2 stars... some moves are not in sync to the instructions... esp the cat/cow pose, it is showing he downward dog. Some sessions are interrupted with an unrelated visual...it’s says ‘media offline’ while the instruction is going on. How can I get my money back!Scanner77
Love it
I got more relief from lower back pain after two days of this yoga than I have through almost a year of physical therapy and other things that I’ve tried on my own. I’m really amazed. I thought I was flexible until I started this.jeannewman
