Worst customer service
I placed an order 12/16, received it 12/20. I ordered a gray sweater & charcoal leggings. I received an orange sweater & burgundy leggings. The only way to contact these people is through email & they tell you to allow 48 hours for them to respond. They had me send pictures of what I received, then apologized for the mistake. Sent me a return label for the items I didn’t ordered and said they’d get the correct items out. Today is 1/12 and they still have not sent me my items. I sent emails 1/4 & 1/7 looking for an update and am being completely ignored. I tried their Facebook page as well and nothing. Only order from here is you like being robbed of your hard earned money.Show lessLove cats 105
Do NOT Waste Your Time With this App/Shop
I saw an ad for this shop and decided to have a look. An hour and a half later-I had 4 items in my cart totaling $153.00. I had noticed they had a Labor Day Sale coupon at the top and there was no expiration date. So, I go to pay and use the coupon-for which I received “coupon expired.”
I had noticed they have an app. I downloaded it and signed into my account…of course my cart was empty and I had to start over! I get my items back in my cart and try to use their FALLSTOCKUP100 coupon code for $20 off $100. I could NOT believe that it was rejected too “coupon expired” again!
I don’t know how long this shop has been in business or anything…I just know I will NOT be shopping “COME WHAT MAE” ever again!Show lessEiffelgirl1
