  • Mine came defective been messaging for months for replacement and have don’t received a response

Been messaging for months and have not been replied to when all I wanted was replacement
  • Nora sock

I’ve been requesting a refund for 5 days now! No response whatsoever! I thought the notifications sent to the phone would sound like an alarm but they don’t. I want something to wake me from my sleep not just tell me when I wake up or if I’m lucky enough to hear the notification! The product is good but it needs a o2 sensor and a actual alarm.
Definitely not what I expected and we paid 179.00$ for long range and 3 yr warranty!
  • Could be better.

This app does add peace of mind, but it comes at a cost. The app does not run unless it remains open. So it runs my battery down. This app could be better if I didn’t have to keep it open the whole time I am using it. It kind of defeats the purpose of a app with notifications, if I have to keep it open for it to work. If it’s abnormal it needs to be fixed.
