App issues
I’ve had my DRU fire 8 yrs and old app was issue free. This new app won’t even let me in to add my fire. It doesn’t find and connect to fire and tells me no module found. Nothing but problems with the app! Contacted DRU to be told to contact the supplier where fire was purchased. Did this only to be told to contact DRU. Operation manual is of no use as no explanations or help with app. Very disappointing.Show lessGateway Error
Using the app I am continually met with GATEWAY ERROR. Resolved by resetting hub and fire power but I’m not going to do this every time I want to light the fire. Any resolutions DRU please?Developer Response
