App will not connect to new devices like Google Wifi

2). My perfectly pad-trained pups pee and poop all around this, unless I’m there to manually advance the wet or pooped spots.
3). So, it tried to return their brilliant pad, and check out their answer…. 🤣🤣🤣. This is fraudulent..

Great, but...
The idea behind this product is, well, brilliant. Just wish it were more reliable. Still have high hopes for a better version.

Thanks for the feedback JTS. Some little pups put out a LOT of liquid, and it amazes us, too! We also learned that some early machines would fall offline and fail to get back online automatically. If that happens a simply unplug and reconnect the power cord to get back online. Then ensure you are using firmware version 1.2.6 or later, which improves connection reliability substantially.
