What an amazing gem in the Lakes
Everything is incredible, the rooms, the staff, the food at both Spice and Source are meals you’ll remember. The spa experience with a champagne hot tub finish whilst watching the sunset. ‘Magical’ as an adjective doesn’t do it justice!! It’s better.asdfghytrewq123

Disappointed
Overall we left disappointed after our visit. We found crumbs on the carpet of our £305 a night room. Two of the lamps had bulbs that didn’t work! This was quickly rectified by taking two bulbs out of a different two lamps in the room, however after having dinner and returning to our room, the bulbs hadn’t been replaced in the bedside lamps? Not really 5 Star. The staff were lovely however this issued should have been resolved when we had gone to eat. It feels a little picky but cmon it’s over £300 a night!Show lessLiverpoolcelt
