Paloma Foresta - Needs improvements be 5*
-1* - you can’t book in any restaurant because they’re fully booked weeks in advance. If you’re staying for less than 2 weeks you’ve got no chance of getting a reservation
-1* - the app is very poor and needs some serious improvements
Not to mention when we arrived a glass in our room was cracked, the kettle stopped working and the bath plug was jammed so you couldn’t undo it. We’re on day 2 and had to phone reception 3 times already

Amazing! Lovely Hotel with great facilities! Food , drinks, snacks limitless and the cleanliness is top notch ! The staff are lovely , nothing was too much for them to do ! Great Holiday ! Will definitely return !
