APP CRIPPLED AND NO FREE TRIAL
I had a 1 month sub and everything seemed to work ok. Cancelled the subscription and took out a 1 year subscription and nothing works. It seems they cripple the app via Apple ID if you dare cancel. Caused a lot of frustration for my autistic son and they have ensured they have lost a customer. Had to cancel again via apple.Show lesshexmaster007

I downloaded the app and paid £30 for a whole years subscription for my child. It’s a complete waste of money. I had 2 days of it working and now all I get is a white screen.

I downloaded this almost a month ago, I had a week of it working fine. After a week it stoped working properly, it only loads up the first video. I have been waiting thinking the developers are sorted out kinks but three weeks of waiting and nothing has been fixed. I paid £30 for the year’s subscription I didn’t even get the 7 day trial the money was just taken out of my account. I’m fuming!Show lessLaneylou111

Just downloaded the AlphaBlocks World app on both my iPhone 11 (iOS 14.3) & iPad 2. After playing the 1st video (“taps” video) successfully, we tapped on the 2nd video (the ‘s’ video) to start playing it but was unsuccessful as it would not load & indefinitely stuck on a black screen. So, basically, the whole game is unplayable.
My 4-year old is very disappointed as he loves watching AlphaBlocks & was so excited to play the game. We hope that this issue can be resolved soon!Show lessBinkyDinkyDoo

App was great first week. Now when we click a learning option we just get an endless loading screen. Tried reinstalling the app and the problem persists.Brother701
Doesn’t work properly
I chose to pay the yearly subscription as my boys both love Alphablocks and I do believe it really helps with early phonics. However, I am very disappointed as I have paid and the app doesn’t work properly. It’s slow. Doesn’t load everything up. Keeps freezing then I have to reload the app again. Terrible! I Hope the developers sort this out ASAP! Not a happy mum.Show lessunhappy mum.
