Issues
Love your shows but there are some issues in “alphablocks world” app.
The unlock pop up shows no number buttons to type in age, leaving you unable to get to the purchase subscription part.
On the 9th lvl (first book) it shows loading screen to 75% and stops, you cannot go back your stuck on screen and need to force close app.
Sorry couldn’t find another contact option to let you know of these bugs.

USA is my location.
I want to buy the membership/subscribe. It’s leant even show me a keyboard to type in my year to access the grownup portion. So I can buy full access of app.namum

Will not allow grown up to type in birthdate
Trying to unlock it for my son and sign up for the app but it will not let me type in my birthdate to access that screen. There is no keyboard when requesting the birth year. We will have to delete this until they can fix thatKfinney0305

When initiating grown up button, asks for birth date but provides no keys to enter. Just a screen with 4 underlined placeholders.Botoex
Coding issue
This app at its core is amazing, but in the story reading sections you see the coding instead of the words they’re supposed to be reading. It definitely needs fixing before I let my kiddos use itMammaBenny
