Great game with certain frustrating issues
Let me start by saying this game is very fun and super addicting, and in the past I have even put money into the game. I don't know if time just gave me rose tinted glasses about the game but coming back it feels way more reliant on you spending real money to get the full experience, and even so it doesn't tell you exactly what you are getting. For example, back when I bought their season pass it gave you unlimited plays while the season went on. I've considered getting it again just because you can, frustratingly, only play a handful of songs before getting cut off and needing to pay for more or wait an unstated amount of time. The issue is when you go to the store it doesn't tell you if you still get that unlimited play or not. I have seen that you can spend $5 to get unlimited play... for a week. And it doesn't even give you this option all the time, seemingly at random? At the end of the day this game has a ton of songs that they need to pay for or pay off so I get the money grubbing, thusly only nocking of one star total. Devs, if you see any of my review please see this part: The game has a bug on the iPhone, or at least mine, where it doesn't stop playing its audio after I close the app for an oddly long amount of time! I will close the app and be in another app but will still be hearing the main menu sounds.

Fun game, but…
I re-downloaded this game after deleting it, and now I’m remembering why i deleted it in the first place.
I really like this game. I like the variety of songs to choose from and the patterns are really great too. But that’s the only good things about this game.
I feel like this is just a game to get people to spend money. You spend gems insanely fast so then the only option is to buy more. You have to wait for your cases to open before you can play again which literally takes HOURS if you don’t have gems. And you have to restart the song if you miss a tile. Why not be able to continue but at the end count it as a “Miss: 1” like every other good rhythm game ever. I would rate this game way higher, but not being able to play for however long you want is super annoying. When I want to play a game I want to be able to play for longer than 10-20 minutes. I don’t understand why they had that add that. They could’ve made a fun rhythm game being able for how however long you want, continuing if you miss one tile, being able to play whatever song you want, without cases and stuff. This game could have been like Rhythm+
But no, of course they had to make the game super annoying and therefore unplayable.

not counting double notes???
it’s not every time but it makes me unable to complete a song without using gems. when there’s a part that you need to tap with two fingers at the same time, it sometimes (pretty frequently) does NOT count one of the taps, and makes me need to restart.
i know for a FACT both my fingers hit the screen 100%, i recorded myself playing and noticed that it HIT THE NOTE, but it doesn’t count it. i’m actually getting so frustrated with this glitch and it needs to be fixed. i’m so sick of this. and it’s not a problem with my phone. i have other rythym games that DO NOT have this issue. please fix this. otherwise i’m deleting.

( Amazing Game ) 10x better than piano tiles
I was looking for a game like piano tiles without the excessive ads and I’m happy to say that this game is just that. The visuals are great, colourful and seem very professional. The app asks you when you open it for the first time if you’re over a certain age and I assume is because of swear safety but they only bleep the swears so all ages can still have fun. Speaking of the music it’s all the originals, they didn’t re sing it nope it’s just the original song.
The song choices are peak as well including, lightswitch, teenage dirtbag and Mr brightside. Finally, here’s the best part there’s barely any adds. If you spend long enough on the game and you wait Long enough you basically have to watch ZERO ADS. It’s astounding how much better this is to piano tiles or any other Mobile rhythm game and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

It's fun, but I want the option to feel the beat more
I really enjoy the app, it's really fun. I do wish there was an option to feel the beat more than I already do. Also wish there was an easy mode you could turn on to practice, it doesn't even have to count for points, just something to get a hang of it. It starts easy in the beginning, but quickly becomes more challenging, and I feel like it's too quick. I feel like there should be an "easy", "medium", and "hard" mode, that applies to all songs. I don't really like just choosing a song that is always "hard", it would be better if all songs had difficulty choices to choose from, and you can switch a song's difficulty. Maybe that's asking too much, might be difficult to develop that, but I do think there needs to at least be an option to make an easy mode for all songs you currently have unlocked that are just for practice, and it not award you points, since it's just for practice purposes. I think practice mode should be available all the time, no need to worry about opening cases to use that mode, since it wont give you points anyways. Maybe add some accessibility options as well, please. I have hand/eye coordination and processing issues for example, and making the tiles come towards me at a slower pace would be really helpful, even if it means slowing down the song some. That would be a good option to add to settings, i think. It is definitely a fun game though.

It’s a really great game but few issues
I absolutely love this game so much the graphics are amazing and there is such a variety in songs however there is a couple issues for instance gems are crucial if you want to play the game for more than five minutes but are very hard to acquire unless you pay, I completely understand the game needs to make money but what about getting five gems for every diamond plaque you get on a song or having a wheel that gives you a 10% chance of winning big. On the issue of not being able to play for long the chests fill up so quickly and take at least three hours to complete and sometimes five, this makes it really hard to play the game as it fills up so quick maybe reducing the time and being able to pay something like 150 gems to permanently unlock an extra chest slot. And lastly it would be great if there was an option to just see the songs you and friends shared so you could try beat there scores even if they haven’t bragged or just get extra ahead of them. Overall it is a great game, my complaints are so specific because there are no major issues . Thank you to the Beatstar team for producing such a great game

Inconsistent
There seems to be a glitch lately- sometimes it will be in sync, then after a couple songs it suddenly starts to go way off. Very frustrating when you only have limited songs to play, and you suddenly can’t rely on the audio. Not related to headphone use or the sync function, the glitch resolves usually after restarting the app.
You used to be able to choose to watch ads, now you’re forced to and it makes the game feel pointless.

Bugs
It’s a great fun little game the only thing that really bothers me is the fact that sometime it lags when playing a song and it really messes you up with the timing as well as it’s just overall annoying, it’s like constantly hitting pause and play while listening to your favourite song
