Abandoned carts
The recent update was supposed to fix bugs but I still can’t see abandoned carts for the past four months.
Excellent but small issue with multiple devices
I have used the app regularly for over a year.
However we signed in an employee as an extra user who we subsequently had to sack. I went onto our website and changed passwords and added two factor authentication.
However when I loaded the app it didn’t require me to renter the new password as it was already signed in. This means that the sacked individual is still signed into this app with the original login details until he signs out from his own phone which clearly we don’t now have access to.
I contacted the developers Ionos who have been very helpful but sadly do not have an option anywhere to force sign out all devices from this app.
I am concerned that the ‘sacked’ user will still have access to customer orders and details which doesn’t comply with my GDPR policy. They will also have access to our store products and design of the site which clearly is not acceptable.
They need to add an option to ‘force out all devices’ for a security requirement.
Otherwise great app, easily usable on the go and clear to operate. Once they have added the above function I would give it 5 stars.

Abandoned Carts
The app has been very easy to navigate but recently, it stopped showing the latest abandoned carts. This is fairly imperative to running an online store.

Used since day one years ago. Main stuff I do on website but this is good for quick numbers or changes “on the go”.

Started off great but now the number’s are sticky and the home page won’t load so I can see the reports at a glance

I love the app, my only gripe is having multiple customers/clients and store fronts I cannot have one app with all the stores on my own app. You have to sign out or scan the QR to change stores.
After chatting with an unprofessional, rude and lazy agent with their customer support. This is not something they are wanting to add. But I feel like it would not be too difficult to add this feature if I have around 10 sites under my one account.
This would be an awesome Feature to manage and have with this app. Hopefully someone listens here to have this enabled.

I worked out how to sign in
I was annoyed and gave up but I found the QR code and it logged me in. It’s under overview on my website part, scroll down and press learn more next to IONOS for mobile iOS.

Garbage
This App is useless I have a UK account it try’s to login at .com and fails, the QR code login option is also useless unable to find the QR code on my site builder.

Hello! Thanks for your comment! We're sorry you're having trouble logging in. Please register by scanning the QR code. This works and gives you full access to the app. The QR code in your shop only needs to be scanned once to remain logged in on the mobile device. Many greetings! IONOS product management
Won’t refresh
Wanted to use this app along side the PC to make it more portable way of managing my website. Had to delete the app as it wouldn’t recognise my domain then kept asking me to refresh the page to continue.
The app wouldn’t refresh so got stuck at that point after an hour of closing the app and refreshing. So deleted.
