Disappointment
I have been one of the earliest adopter of Vcita since 2014 and everything seemed promising. With time the company grew up, problems with security and privacy arose, customer support quality declined and pricing has skyrocketed.
As a business owner my delivery on promises made to customers are #1 priority. I have been loyal client for 10 years now and all I get is price increase every year and total silence when report issues.
The mobile app is glitchy and has poor performance, the web portal has many log in issues as well across devices.
I am using the basics as Mini CRM but considering finding another solution. Just wish there was an accountability and fulfillment of clients promises made. This is not the way to go VCITA!Unbearably slow
I absolutely hate using this app but have no choice given it’s the software we use for work. The app runs like it was developed in 2008 and never updated since. I have to force quit the app every time I want to reopen it otherwise nothing will load. Start up time is sometimes over 20 seconds before anything displaces on the screen and the interface is extremely laggy when it’s actually running. The whole thing needs to be fixed. Just awful.Extremely glitchy
Vcita is probably the most glitchy “professional” software I have ever used. I spend more time tracking down bugs than any other software I have ever used in my 23 year career. It’s if they do it on purpose to make you frustrated. Support is responsive 75 percent of time which is pretty decent the problem is the sheet number if glitches never allows you to use the product with at least 3 open tickets with support. Very disappointing.
